Our Programs
Three Programs, Each With a Clear Purpose
Whether your family is beginning to think about preserving memories, organising paperwork, or preparing for calm succession conversations — there's a Vaultline program shaped for that stage.
Back to HomeHow We Work
Our Methodology Across All Programs
Initial Enquiry
You contact us — by phone or message — and we explain what each program involves without any pressure to proceed.
Session Planning
We agree on a time, location, and format — at our Bangkok office, at your home, or remotely where suitable.
Guided Session
A facilitator guides the process using prepared materials. Everything moves at your family's pace, with full control remaining with you.
Outputs Handed Over
All completed materials, notes, and templates belong to your family. Nothing is retained by Vaultline after handover.
Program 01
Family History Capture Session
A gentle group session helping families record their own stories and history with guided prompts and simple methods. Suited to those preserving memories across generations. This is a memory and education service only — its purpose is to help families articulate and preserve what they know while those who hold those memories are still available to share them.
- Structured prompt cards guiding conversation across life stages and periods
- A recording guide so families can continue the process independently
- A keepsake template suitable for printing or digital archiving
- Session paced to the family's comfort — no rushing, no agenda beyond the family's own goals
Duration
Half-day session (approx. 3–4 hours)
Price
฿3,800
Program 02
Important Records Organiser
A guided administrative service helping families inventory and arrange their own documents using clear templates and a tidy filing system. Ideal for those wanting findable, orderly records. The service organises your own materials only — Vaultline does not take custody of any original documents at any point.
- Template packs designed for the types of documents Thai families commonly hold
- A guided working session where families categorise and inventory their own materials
- An upkeep checklist so families can maintain their records system over time
- Advice on both physical and digital organisation approaches
Duration
Initial session 2–3 hours + follow-up check
Price
฿15,000
Program 03
Succession Literacy & Facilitation Program
An educational program explaining general succession and record-keeping concepts in plain language, with neutral facilitation skills to support calm family conversations. Aimed at families planning together respectfully. Content is educational and facilitative only — it does not provide legal advice, draft documents, or direct families toward specific outcomes.
- A workbook covering key succession concepts in clear, jargon-free language
- Facilitation guides families can use independently for follow-up conversations
- Ongoing group access for questions and peer support between sessions
- Delivered across multiple weeks to allow time for reflection between meetings
Duration
Multi-week program (typically 6–8 weeks)
Price
฿33,600

Across All Programs
Standards That Apply to Every Session
Information Stays With the Family
All session outputs — notes, templates, completed documents — are handed to the family. Vaultline retains nothing.
No Legal or Financial Advice Given
Facilitators are educators and administrators, not practitioners. This boundary is maintained clearly throughout every program.
Voluntary Participation Throughout
No family member is required to share anything before they're ready. Sessions are structured to invite, not compel.
PDPA-Aligned Data Handling
Contact and booking information is handled in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. No data is shared with third parties for commercial use.
Post-Session Availability
After each program, families can contact us with clarification questions at no additional charge for a reasonable period following their session.
Flexible Location Options
Sessions can be held at our Yaowarat Road office, at the family's location within Bangkok, or remotely where the format permits.
