How Vaultline Came to Be
Vaultline was established in Bangkok with a simple observation: many families hold important memories and documents in ways that become difficult to access or understand when the people who know where everything is are no longer around to explain it.
The founders — a small group with backgrounds in adult education, administrative consulting, and family mediation — recognised that the gap wasn't one of intention. Families generally want to be prepared. What they often lack is a comfortable, structured way to begin.
Rather than offering legal or financial services (which require different qualifications and licences), Vaultline focuses on the educational and organisational work that precedes such advice. We help families get their own materials in order, understand terminology they'll encounter, and hold conversations with each other before those conversations become urgent.
Based on Yaowarat Road in the Samphanthawong district, we serve families across Bangkok and the surrounding areas, with select programs also available to remote participants. Our approach is modest in ambition and careful in practice: one family at a time, at whatever pace suits them.

With a background in adult education, Priya designs and leads the Family History and Succession Literacy programs. She brings a calm, unrushed presence to every session.

Records Organisation Specialist
Tanawat has spent many years developing administrative systems for individuals and small organisations. He leads the Records Organiser service with precision and patience.
Malee Lertprasert
Family Facilitation Coordinator
Malee's background in mediation and family communication makes her an invaluable guide in the Succession Literacy sessions, where conversations across generations require careful handling.

Standards We Hold Ourselves To
These aren't policies we post and forget — they shape how every session is prepared, delivered, and followed up.
Information Privacy
Families retain full control of all materials shared during sessions. We do not retain personal document content. Session notes belong to the family and are handed over in full.
Clear Scope of Service
We operate strictly within educational and administrative boundaries. All participants are advised clearly that our programs do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.
Facilitator Development
Our facilitators regularly update their knowledge of adult learning methods, document management practices, and family communication approaches to keep sessions current and effective.
Session Quality Review
Each program is reviewed after delivery. We gather participant feedback and adjust materials and methods regularly to make sure each session is worth the time families invest in it.
Voluntary Participation
All participation within sessions is voluntary. No family member is ever pressured to disclose information or engage in a conversation before they feel ready to do so.

A Considered Approach to Family Readiness
Working with families on matters that relate to their histories and futures requires a particular kind of care. At Vaultline, we think of each family's situation as genuinely distinct — the documents they hold, the conversations they need to have, and the pace at which they're comfortable moving forward are all specific to them.
Our programs are built on methods drawn from adult learning theory, archival practice, and facilitated dialogue. We believe that providing families with well-designed templates, clear conceptual frameworks, and a calm working environment produces better outcomes than simply directing them toward specialists before they understand what questions to ask.
Families who participate in our sessions typically find that the process of articulating and organising their own records surfaces details they hadn't considered — and reduces the anxiety that often accompanies these topics. Our role is to create the conditions for that process, not to make decisions on anyone's behalf.
Based in Bangkok's Samphanthawong district, we draw on a deep familiarity with the administrative and cultural context of Thai family life, while maintaining a bilingual environment that welcomes internationally mobile families as well as long-established Bangkok households.
